Life Grow is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the procedures for product returns and refunds for both retail customers and our registered members.

1. For Retail Customers If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging and in a marketable, unused condition.

Process: To initiate a return, please email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. For Life Grow Members (Distributors) This section applies to members who wish to return products they have purchased.

Product Returns: Members may return products in a marketable, sealed, and unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Buy-Back Policy: As per Indian Direct Selling Guidelines, if a member resigns from their position, Life Grow will buy back any unsold, marketable products that were purchased by the member within the previous 12 months. The refund will be processed after deducting any commissions already paid on the said products.

3. General Conditions

Process for Returns: To request a refund, please contact us at support@lifegrow.net. You will be provided with a Return Authorization and instructions.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer/member unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
